We quote in stages, working with our clients in the earliest stages possible.
A. We first develop a cost spreadsheet which itemizes all the known sub-components of the proposed system and lists our mark-up, labor rates and such. This is shared with a potential client. |
B. We may provide a concept sketch and/or sequence of operation. |
C. We also provide our standard terms and conditions (no fine print) which also describes how we expect to conduct business. This is available in advance, upon request. |
